Thoracic Lipoma

Clinical Manifestations:
round, well-demarcated, soft mass, located on the left hemithorax.
Clinic:
formațiune tumorală , moale, situată pe peretele lateral toracelui stâng de mari dimensiuni ce evoluează de 10 ani.
Computed Tomography:
subfascial, well-demarcated mass.
Tomografie computerizată :
formațiune subfascială, bine delimitată.
Intraoperative Appearance.
Aspect intraoperator:
Entire surgical specimen.
Piesa operatorie întreagă.
